Apple has released iPhone OS 3.0. You can download it through iTunes.
Java Patched for OSX
Apple has released an update for Java in OSX 10.5 Leopard and OSX 10.4 Tiger. This patches the security hole that e reported here. To get this update run Software Update from the Apple Menu.
